On February 17, 2021, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement stating that at the request of the Plastic Machinery Manufacturers Association of India, the launch of plastic processing machines or injection molding machines (Plastic Processing Machines or Injection Moulding Machines) originating or imported from China An anti-dumping case was filed for investigation. The dumping investigation period for this case is from April 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020 (18 months), and the damage investigation period is from April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017, and from April 1, 2017 to 2018. March 31, 2018, April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019, and the dumping investigation period. This case involves products under the Indian customs code 8477.1000. The survey products do not include blow molding machines (customs code 847730), vertical injection molding machines, electric injection molding machines, multi-color/multi-mold shoe making machines, rotary injection molding machines used to manufacture shoes and soles/laces/heels (The customs code is 8453).
